It was a case of serendipity ~ I have been working on both this window as well as a pair of antique chalkware cherubs.  As they were sitting next to one another, I realized that they all go together perfectly ~ so I decided to throw the cherubs in as a freebie with the purchase of the window.  A stunning trio!

 

Antique wood framed window measures 28" wide by 18" tall and has its original hardware.  The frame has been painted white and is lightly distressed.   The pink background is reverse painted on the back of the glass which preserves the beauty of the glass on front - you can see the glass itself rather than having it completely painted over.   Gorgeous pink roses frame the banner which is accented with elegant metallic gold scrollwork.  The camera doesn't capture the true depth and sparkle of this beauty but I can promise that you will not be disappointed!

 

The chalkware cherubs are vintage and were given to me by a friend who picked them up at an estate sale because she "just knew I could do something pretty with them".  (thanks, Mar!)  Each measures 11" long and has a hanger on back.  One of them had an arm/wing broken off, but it has been repaired and it's barely noticeable - in fact, I took a picture of the crack and it wasn't visable in the photo, so I didn't include it.  For a little touch of bling, I added a nice size Swarovski crystal to each of the cherub's belly button areas - these may be the first cherubs ever to have belly rings.  :)  It adds a nice little sparkle.
