This glass hurricane lamp was beautiful but a bit plain, so I've brought it to life with some gorgeous hand painted pink roses.  The glass shade is removable and all together the piece measures 18" tall.  It has never been used, but the wick is intact and it could be used if you wish, but I think I'd keep it as a decorative piece - the thought of kerosene burning inside the house scares me and although sealed, I don't know what the kerosene would do to the painted surface if any were to get on it.  Very pretty and certain to add a lovely vintage Victorian touch to your decor.
